Break The Stigma Of Mental Health

Thanks to the University of Colorado for sharing this insightful video. A clear message that we shouldn’t hide, run or be afraid of our mental challenges, but embrace them so that we can grow and learn from them. Maybe you feel something is wrong with you, and that’s okay – just like we deal with cough by seeking medical attention without so should we seek attention for our mental health. There’s hope for a future here stigma does not exist and you can a part of that transformation in society.
